Mitsui Sumitomo at Lloyd's is part of the MS&AD Group, the merged organisation of MSIG, IOI and Nissay Dowa (MS&AD) and the seventh largest non-life insurer in the world, with assets of over £80 billion and annual net premiums in excess of £18 billion.
In 2011 Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance engaged FKM to assist in selection through Due Diligence and Building evaluation, their new offices at Trinity Point, Dublin. The project brief was to design a new working environment for 28 staff including a large board room, meeting room & break out areas.
FKM designed, project managed and executed all aspects of the project from concept to completion.

- 8 week build period on site.
